Vat: Vat is included in the prices for delivery in Norway. Goods sent abroad will be invoiced without VAT.
 
Delivery: The deliverytime for goods is 2-5 business days. 

Shipping: On all shipments in Norway there is a handling charges and shipping fee of 27 kr. Shipping abroad has different fees. Please contact us for more information.

Payment: Payment by invoice. You recieve an invoice with the cards, and have 2-weeks deadline for payment. 

Personal Data: We register your name, address and email to our customer. These data are processed in accordance with the law on personal information, and will never be made available to external organizations or register.


Withdraw: You have full right of return within 14 days from receipt of the goods, provided that the products are returned unharmed. Withdraw form you receive with the goods. Shipping costs for returned merchandise, you must cover yourself.

Complaints:At fault / damage to item, please send in return. We cover all expenses and send you new products. 


Disclaimer: We reserve the right to a product may be sold out.  But of course we do our utmost to hold all of our products in stock at any time.

Age: In order to deal with cards/credit cards at Annart Design must be 18 years old.
